• Owner or supervisor available during specified cleaning hours.
  
• Daily checking of log book by maintenance personnel and night supervisor.
  
• Monthly written inspections of facility.
  
• Management/Maintenance walk through inspections of your facility.
  
• All chemicals are clearly marked and contained in O.S.H.A. approved containers.
  
• All cleaning procedures conform to I.S.S.A. standards.
  
• Report any faulty fixtures or building conditions to the facility management.
  
• Secure premises, reset alarms and notify any security companies upon leaving the building.
  

Insurance and Bonding:

• We carry $1,000,000 in general liability coverage.
• We carry $10,000 fidelity bonding (employee theft)
• We carry $500,000 in Workers Compensation insurance
