• The owner or a supervisor is always available during specified cleaning hours.
• Daily checking of log book by maintenance personnel and night supervisor.
• Monthly written inspections of facility.
• Management/Maintenance walk through inspections of your facility.
• All chemicals are clearly marked and contained in O.S.H.A. approved containers.
• Report any faulty fixtures or building conditions to the facility management.
• Cleaning company to secure premises, reset alarms and notify any security companies upon leaving the building.
